Kristóf is a second-year PhD student in the team of Andreas Schedl, where he studies the role of the WT1 protein in kidney development and disease.

In his recent PhD club talk, he explored the use of Generative Pre-Trained Transformers (GPTs) in laboratory research. Tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and DeepSeek have transformed how we search for information and write text. But as usual, with great power comes great responsibility. Kristóf highlighted both the benefits and limitations of GPTs in research and shared practical tips for using them more effectively and critically.

To know more about his talk, feel free to check out his presentation in the IBV common server.
