Chloé is a 3rd year PhD student in Dr. Arnaud Hubstenberger’s lab , where she studies the effect of gonad aging on germline P-bodies in C. elegans.
In today’s scientific landscape, an increasing number of biological studies rely on omics data and their analyses. Though the results are immensely informative and insightful, developing and working with an omics workflow can be challenging for those with limited computational skills. Addressing this in her PhD club talk, Chloé explained to us how you can perform omics analyses without coding, by using the Galaxy platform.
She gave an overview of the Galaxy training resources along with an example of a transcriptomic analysis, demonstrating its implementation in biological research.
